When you start the coaching process
You can expect to learn more about yourself, your strengths, your values, your habits, your wants, and your needs.
This begins with a free consultation where we discuss your goals and what you’ve tried before, and generally see if we’re a good match.
A standard coaching session can be broken down into five areas:
What’s up? (What’s been going on since the last meeting?)
What’s today? (What do you want to work on today?)
So what? (What does the goal mean to you?)
What else? (What action options do you have?)
What now? (What are you going to do?)
